At Elyah, I want you to feel confident and at peace with every purchase. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work for all orders placed through my website.

Returns: 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.

  • Packaging must be intact and suitable for resale.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

If you would like to return your order, please email us at info@elyah.co.uk beforehand so we can advise you on how and where to return to.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please include photo evidence when contacting us.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this time. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced in accordance with your legal rights.

Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

Exchanges

At this time, I do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please email us, I will work with the courier to resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete.
