Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and details are accurate. However:

• Handcrafted or natural items may have small variations

• Measurements are approximate

Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£). As of now, Elyah Ltd is not VAT registered. All prices shown are final and no VAT is added or charged

• Prices may change at any time without notice

• The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract between you and Elyah is formed only once your order has been dispatched, not at the point of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including if:

• The product is out of stock

• There is an error in pricing or product information

• Payment is not authorised

If this happens, you will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers such as:

• Stripe

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

Your payment details are never stored on my website.

Delivery

While Elyah takes care to ensure your items are delivered safely; please note

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays

• Elyah is not responsible for delays outside our control

• We are not liable for damage or loss caused during transit.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition

• Items must include all original packaging.

Important:

If you would like to return your order, please email us beforehand so we can advise you on how and where to return to.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage

• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift vouchers

• Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Please include photo evidence when contacting us.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this time. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced in accordance with your legal rights.

Resale & Commercial Use

All products are sold for personal use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use Elyah products for commercial purposes without written permission. Any breach may result in refusal of future orders or legal action.

Elyah is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer

• Damage caused by misuse of products

• We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted

• It is your responsibility to ensure your device is secure and protected against viruses or other external factors while using this website.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer Protection Act, 2007 and the Sale of Goods & supply of Services Act, 1980.
